Most of our panels are comprised of professionals. We pay a significant premium over industry standard incentives for answering a brief survey or participating in a phone interview. We conduct brief online surveys — 5 minutes usually. Phone calls are typically 20-30 minutes. To compensate our panelists for their time; we use a variety of payment methods including Venmo, Amazon e-gift card, Upwork, Zelle, and checks by mail using BillPay through Bank of America.

We need to obtain a mailing address to send you checks.
If we pay you at least $600 per year in compensation in the US, we must send the IRS a completed Form 1099-MISC—and for that we will need a valid address and Tax ID or Social Security number. This is no different than any other business hiring independent consultants who are paid $600 or more in a calendar year by a business. We handle your TIN/EIN securely. If you prefer such information be kept off email, we accept it via regular mail, fax or protected PDF.
We process our payments fast– usually within a few minutes after a completed engagement. We are easy to work with and responsive to any issue that may arise with a payment.
